Hello! I’m Mary Lou, a former marketing and sales executive turned yoga instructor. My certifications include 300+ hr of yoga training, which include Oncology Yoga through Yoga4Cancer™.

For nearly a decade, I have found great fulfillment in helping others become empowered through yoga.

My passion lies in sharing the practice of yoga to strengthen you from the inside out, whether you're seeking a mid-day energizer at your office, unwinding in the convenience of your residential common space or fitness area, or support during your cancer journey.
